HANUKKAH 2025

Humanistic Judaism UK is delighted to be hosted by Rosslyn Hill Chapel Unitarians for our special Humanistic Hanukkah celebration!

Humanistic Judaism is a nontheistic approach to Judaism that enables everyone to experience and enjoy spirituality, culture and celebration without the need for religious authority.

Lighting the Hannukah candles is an opportunity to find light within ourselves, and find the strength within ourselves to move beyond the darkness in our lives, so visible for many at this time of year.

We will be lighting the Hanukkiah, discussing the humanistic meaning behind each night of Hannukah, and we’ll also be enjoying traditional games and some food and drink. 

BRING AND SHARE SNACKS: Please bring fried foods like doughnuts and latkes. 

OPEN TO ALL – JEWISH OR NOT!

Price is £6.13 per person and donations welcome on the evening itself.
